RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with CONTENUIX. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color selection.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want you to receive your order exactly as expected. If your item arrives damaged, defective, mislabeled, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@contenuix.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange for a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

WRONG SIZE OR COLOR

Please carefully review the size chart and product information before placing your order. Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges when an incorrect size or color was selected.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once production has begun. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@contenuix.com.

LOST OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier or post office.

If a package is confirmed to have been lost in transit, please contact us at info@contenuix.com and provide your order number. We will review the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please note that packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not automatically eligible for a replacement or refund.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address or because the package was unclaimed, the order may be returned to the fulfillment facility. If a reshipment is available, additional shipping charges may apply.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
