SHIPPING POLICY

At CONTENUIX, products are made to order. This means your order is produced after you place it rather than being shipped from pre-stocked inventory.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders must first be processed and produced before they are shipped. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, order volume, and other factors.

After your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when tracking is available.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, high order volumes, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking information first. If you believe your package may be significantly delayed or lost, contact us at info@contenuix.com with your order number.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order. CONTENUIX is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

If a package is returned to the fulfillment facility because of an incorrect address or because it was not claimed, a reshipment may be available. Additional shipping charges may apply.

LOST PACKAGES

All orders are shipped with tracking when available.

If tracking shows that a package is still in transit but has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@contenuix.com. We will review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier or post office.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
